Born amidst the vibrant energy of New Jersey, I'm the first of my generation to be born in the United States, where my parents and ancestors hail from the enchanting island of Puerto Rico. In my youth, as I moved from one place to another, I earned the affectionate nickname "Gypsy Lilly." This name reflected my nomadic lifestyle, a search for identity and belonging that, ultimately, led me back to the enchanting shores of my beloved Puerto Rico.
I am Lilly Santiago, a multi-disciplinary artist with over twenty years of rich experience that spans the realms of photography, makeup, hairstyling, and fashion design. My artistic journey has blessed me with the opportunity to collaborate with an illustrious list of celebrity makeup artists, including Fidel Gonzalez, Scott Barnes, Danessa Myricks, AJ Crimson, Roque Cozzette, and Eugenia Weston, to name a few. My work and reputation have taken me to fashion capitals from New York to Los Angeles, allowing me to weave a network of creativity and inspiration.
